Serato Prepare Crate

28 Mar 2019 | Beginner, Serato, Tutorials | 1 comment

Save time by preparing your next tracks mid set!

The prepare crate can often be overlooked in Serato but it’s handy tool that can save you a lot of time. When scrolling through your library, when you come across a track you would like to play shortly simply press CMD+P (mac) or CTRL+P (Windows). You can then open the Prepare crate to see all the tracks you have lined up, once you load them into a deck they will be removed from the prepare crate to avoid you playing them again by accident. If you load a track into a deck and don’t want to play it yet, you can press CMD+Z or CNRL+Z to remove the song from the deck and re-insert it into the prepare crate!
