1. Giveaway Overview

This giveaway is run by Crossfader Ltd. and is open worldwide.
The prize is one (1) AlphaTheta DDJ-GRV6 DJ controller.
The giveaway runs for 7 days from the launch date of the corresponding YouTube video.

2. How to Enter

  • Enter by following the instructions detailed in the YouTube video description and linked entry form.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries may be removed.

3. Winner Selection & Notification

  • One (1) winner will be selected at random after the giveaway closes.
  • The winner will be contacted by email. If the winner does not respond to claim their prize within 7 days, a new winner may be chosen.
  • Ensure your contact details are accurateโ€”Crossfader cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete contact information.

4. Prize Details & Shipping

  • The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for any other product or service.
  • The prize will be shipped directly to the winner.
  • Shipping costs are covered by Crossfader; however, any local taxes, import duties, customs fees or other charges that may apply are the responsibility of the winner.
  • Crossfader cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to the prize that occurs during shipping.

5. Use of Data

  • By entering, you agree that your data may be used by Crossfader Ltd. for marketing purposes, such as emails and promotions related to DJ education and products.
  • Your data may also be shared with Algoriddim GmbH (makers of djay) for their own marketing purposes.
  • You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the instructions in our emails.

6. Additional Notes

  • Crossfader reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend this giveaway if it becomes necessary to do so due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.
  • Any attempts to manipulate or cheat the entry process will result in disqualification.
  • By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
