This sweepstake is being conducted by Native Instruments GmbH (“Native Instruments”) and Crossfader Ltd. (“Crossfader”) from 21st March 2025 until 28th March 2025. By entering the sweepstake, participants agree to these terms and conditions. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees from companies affiliated with Native Instruments or Crossfader are not eligible to participate. One winner each for the Traktor Z1 MK2, TraktorX1 MK3, Traktor Pro Beginner Course and Traktor Pro Intermediate Course will be selected randomly by Native Instruments and Crossfader. Winners will be notified by email on 31st March 2025, and are required to accept the prize by email within 14 days after receiving the notification. If acceptance is not provided within this period, the winner forfeits the prize, and Native Instruments and Crossfader reserve the right to choose another winner. A cash payout of the prize is ruled out. The right of appeal is excluded. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply exclusively; Berlin, Germany, shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction.
